Food is great at dinner time that’s the only reason for theee stars instead of one. Do not recommend coming for lunch absolutely disgusting and doesn’t taste the same at all! It is not hibachi they cook it in back. Apparently it’s when the cooks train and you can tell. Figured I’d let future visitors know as I wish I would’ve known. Server was nice. Left two full plates but still paid full bill. No accommodation to our dissatisfaction.
The service was good, the waitress was pretty dry but the chef was lively enough. The portions of food are worth the price but the flavor definitely isn’t, was not impressed with the food at all. The ginger dressing was thick ginger mush, the steak was juicy but not flavorful, nor was any of the other food from the grill. The only thing that was actually really good were the rangoons.
Went to Kobe for NYE. Almost everything was great, including service, food, food preparation 'entertainment ', etc. Spend the extra $3 to get the fried rice upgrade. A group as small as 6 will have an 18percent tip added to your bill. We were seated about 40 minutes after our reservation. Don 't come starving. The amount of food in your doggie bag will likely be substantial.
I finally got the chance to take my children and we give it a 10 out of 10 review. The food was delicious and our server was amazing! He really did bring the excitement and the laughs. We had a short wait, despite a reservation. However, the service was prompt and attentive. The chef was very entertaining. Food was very good. Overall a very nice evening. I would definitely recommend.

We had delicious food and attentive service. Only disappointment was that the hibachi tables were not open for lunch. Understandable, though, as patronage was light.
