We come here for several special occasions because we love this location. But this was not one of the best. I was not impressed with the waiter Bruce Lee he was overly sarcastic and to the point of rude. He used profanity when speaking to us and I really didn't appreciate him at all. The cook was ok not as much fun as most. I had 2 birthday celebrations in my party of 4 they had no birthday hats. The whole experience was not great as it usually is.
I thought the customer service was outstanding. The chef who prepared the food kept everyone at the table entertained and displayed exceptional cooking skills along with mastery of innovative ways of presenting the food being prepared. He put on a great show while cooking and kept us in a great mood. Great experience.
Was charged $4 for a toddler tea, same as an adult tea and she didn't even drink it. Will order water next time. Went for lunch. Only 1 chef. Had to wait for chef to finish another table before coming to us...waited a very long time between soup/salad and chef arriving but otherwise, food was great as always.
Nice family dinner, excellent food prepared before our eyes, and the Chef was super. This is our second dining experience at Kobe in Brandon that we shared with family from out of state and we all enjoyed it! We will definitely be back.
