I am glad after reading some of the reviews, that I am not alone in my negativity of this place. The staff are standing less than a meter away from each other, but yet have zero communication. They don't know what to do, and are horrible at multi-tasking. They also take an eternity to get your order, which they will soon forget anyway. No wonder the queues are always long here. Food was very average and servings were small, considering the price paid. So it's not a fast food chain since it's so slow, and it doesn't give you the satisfaction of a fast food chain. You're better off at a fast food chain if you just want to fill your stomach.
The chicks were good, tasty and well baked. The fries also nice. Normal salty and with paprika powder. But here all the good things finished. Food is overpriced. Too much I could say just to eat simply chicks! Also... It is the most dirty fastfood place someone can eat in Ulm. The floor is so dirty that your shoes stuck on it. The restaurant inside is Full of flies! And the cleaning woman just stay outside, smoking. I can't believe that they keep this place like this. In the heart of the town. Really bad experience.
After my tribal chicken griller, at REWE, in Wielandstraße, the place was finished, I had to take care of an alternative to the barbecue chicken. I tried two other manufacturers next to cooking spoons. Best cut, with long distance, cooking spoon. The chickens are juicy and the skin is crispy as I prefer. A great advantage is that you can wash your hands in a reasonable way. I had no problems with cleanliness inside. The only manko: the grilled chickens are a little more expensive than the ones I have bought so far.
Very bad service.. I have been served while the employee was complaining that he is alone and he was supposed to go home, but instead of that he needs to serve me. After buying food to go for 5 people, I need to pay extra for the Kochlöffel paper bag. I usually understand the frustration of a fast food employee, but this time was too much. You don't get to be treated that bad every day

Well, I'm telling you that hunger is coming in, it didn't chase me, but what do you expect at the price? There are all gourmet classics like Schnitzel, Currywurst, Pommes and Chickens....etc. The quality is cheap as the price. I'd rather go a few steps to the North Sea.
Located in the largest pedestrian area of Ulm, the cooking spoon offers everything a snack should produce. All dishes I can't tell now what I can say is that the ingredients are always fresh and the prices OK. Small tip: 3 half crickets for 4,99€, you can't mug!
