This 'Cáfe' is actually a restaurant, bistro, cafe and pub with a wonderful beer garden right next to the water. You can even hire a boat here and potter about or row or paddle for about a mile! This depends of course on how much...you may have imbibed or eaten! The food is middling to good and they make an effort to present it appeallingly. For vegetarians there are a few items that one can choose and mix although the choice is rather meagre. The staff, waitresses and waiters, are VERY helpful and courteous, this, along with a wonderful waterside ambience makes this place a MUST visit when in lovely Kleve, enjoy coming here, but come early to guarantee getting a table. Great place!

We all had the "meat on a stone", (steak for adults, chicken for the child) excellent quality for the price, delicious big fries, excellent sauces, then the yogurt ice cream and the nuts ice cream were delicious. The place is lovely, inside and outside. Only...drawback was the waiting, especially with a kid. We would return again.

We love this restaurant in Kleve. It is close to the river with a nice terrace. The meat is amazing, we really recommend "el senyor and la senyora', great steak served in hot stone tray. Service good and friendly, and great location to have a...nice walk after a great meal! Recommend for sure in Kleve!
Good venue to have lunch when exploring Kleve. Close to the shopping center but away from the main tourist shops. Good selection of hearty filling meals. Along side the canal.

the hotel is located in a beautiful opposite with a pleasant outdoor garden. had 400g on a hot stone. I was a little disappointed. it wasn't as tender as I expected.
