6 of us enjoyed the endless meal offered which was an outstanding menu that you started out picking 5 entrees and appetizers. When completed, you are able to order more, just be sure everyone finishes their meal as eyes will check that plays are nearly eaten. Their are discounts for children's ages and seniors are 17.95. They add their tip so that came to approx. 25.00 for seniors, 30.00 for adult. The food was delicious and well worth the evenings adventure of yummy meals for a treat out.Behind the scenes was a different story and if we hadn't taken a trip to the restroom, no one would have known about their management skills. There is not cook in front Hibachi here. They stopped during Covid and never continued. I agree with a lot of the most recent reviews. The food does not have a lot of taste. Very bland and the sauces are just too rich or off putting. Sushi wasn't anything special at all. To be honest it's better at Publix. They charged me for adult plates even though we had two kids. They charge you for anything you take home and sides are very small and not worth the price. We will not be back unfortunately. Side note they only serve bottled beers, nothing on tap.
We have been to Koizi very many times, but not usually this location. However, our meal at this location was such a better experience than New Tampa.The service staff, or at least our server in particular, was much friendlier. The inside environment is cleaner and brighter and more appealing. I understand that the locations are no longer owned by the same group, but I think the New Port Richey store sets a high standard for the others to follow. Would definitely come here again!
Food was ok, hibachi not a favorite every time we've tried it. Also, Unfortunately they don't say Sundays they only do dinner price so even after we decided to stay the service was ok. The bathroom didn't seem clean. The restaurant itself seemed clean. A little warm though.
