After about ten more minutes, the young lady handed me a mango smoothie with bubbles instead of the mango bubble tea I ordered. I politely explained that I couldn’t have milk in my drink and that I had specifically ordered the bubble tea. She responded by saying I hadn’t specified that I wanted a different type of tea, claiming that the regular option was a milk smoothie, even though she hadn’t taken my order. I tried to clarify, but she became defensive, rolled her eyes, and begrudgingly threw my smoothie in the trash. As she made my new drink, she muttered under her breath and rudely tossed the corrected order on the counter far from me.

I arrived at this tea shop at 7:45 PM, well within the posted hours (Google says they close at 8 PM), but was told they were not open. No one was at the register, and my presence wasn’t acknowledged until I asked the two people that seem to be cleaning up. I understand restaurants may close kitchens early, but this is a tea stand, not a full-service restaurant, and I would expect them to honor their posted hours. If you’re closing early, that should be reflected online and at the storefront. Disappointing experience and wasted trip to the mall.
Worst service.I was standing there 1 minute, and the cashier just in front of me.I did say hi to him that means I am ready to order, but he kept talking to the other guy…I don’t know what they talk about, that’s not what it supposed to be liked..so rude…. I didn’t get my drink and I won’t patronize.
We genuinely want to like this place, so we've returned about four times now, but it’s always been just okay. There aren’t any specific problems with the service or long wait times; it’s really about the quality of the food. We wouldn't recommend it.

The customer service was poor; the staff member was unfriendly. The milk drinks were disappointing, and the boba quality was subpar and lacking in flavor.
The green tea had an unpleasant odor and a chemical-like taste. I ended up discarding it and took the boba home to enjoy with my own tea instead.
Terrible service. I was waiting for a Long period of time, just for when it got my turn, they instaly said it was close.
The drink maker was very assertive and kind and really catered to my needs. He is fit to be a manager.
