This is a jewel hidden in Dundrum, one may pass by it without noticing it, but I totally recommend you try it if you are in the area. They are only open for dinnertime. This is an Indian food restaurant, with quite a few awards. The food is quite good, and they have a children's menu, which is great. The Lamb Saag is divine, and so is the Prawn Jalfrezi and the Prawn Biryani. But be aware of the level of heat you can endure, as some of the dishes are quite spicy. For starter I recommend the Onion Bhaji or the Potato and Spinach Tiki. The service is nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is cosy. If you are in the area, looking for a place to have dinner, do try this restaurant.
My friends and I usually get excellent service here, but last time there were no free tables downstairs, so we went upstairs. Nobody came to turn on the heating, give us menus, or ask if we needed anything for more than mins despite us asking multiple times. Eventually, a table downstairs became available, but no one cared to come upstairs and help us before that happened.
we were on a family trip from belfast n took a takeaway from here. pilau reis was excellent n so was naan. my son loved his Samosa star n we all liked to eat. good quality saw no oil floating on food. a good food that is restored by all. manager was very soft, friendly n chatted all our requests without fuss.
Good bar food and great drinks! Nice place to watch the matches! The food portions are huge!! I got the fish and chips, pieces it came with and the mushy peas and chips were amazing! Very friendly staff and quick service.

As always here the food is decent fare. Quite busy at this time of year so service is somewhat slower than normal however not unduly so. All told an excellent choice for a family meal at reasonable prices.
best eating in dundrum and in and around dublin .. try them bengan ka salan . it is one of the best menus on the list. it is perfect for Indian food
Eating is always very tasty. normally delivered, but we ate this time. the restaurant is small, but the staff is very nice. would recommend.
