I placed a takeout order from Koo yesterday and requested extra sauce for my fried rice. They accommodated my request without any issues, and I received my Hibachi chicken as well.
One word: disgusting. The food is so poor that I can't understand how this place remains open. It has the potential to be wonderful, but it's failing miserably.
I've been visiting Koo for a few years and I've never had any problems. The food is consistently great, the prices are reasonable, and I highly recommend it.
I have a good experience here. I always want to customize my sushi, and this place does an excellent job. They are very accommodating with my orders.
