From the minute we arrived till the minute we left, we were taken care of by a wonderful host family who made us feel right at home. Family Kim are warm, generous and clearly have hospitality in their blood. They know how to welcome you as a guest and make your stay a special one indeed. We had a sumptuous starter platter of sashimi and sushi, which was of outstanding quality and bursting with flavour. The food was pretty good when it came. We arrived when there were 3 other tables being waited on, and two more arrived after us. There was only one waiter that warned us that it would take a while. No problem, since we had plenty of time in our hands. By plenty I mean 2-2.5 hours, including a wait for the bill which we had to order twice. With that out of the way, the waiter was very nice, and the food tasty. The Kimchi was spicy, as it should, and the dishes quite well prepared. Worst when the owner is only in for wheedling out cash from (Korean) passers-by, while drenching the food in flavour-enhancers.Korean Kim looks surprisingly neat and clean without the usual smell of garlic and grilled meat. Korean food is by far my and my partner's favourite. Our neighbour recommended this place and we went tonight for dinner. Sincerely, this is the best meal I've had since I came to Germany 4 years ago. Balanced flavour, lovely presentation, good prices, and fantastic, friendly staff/owners. My partner had the Beef Bulgogi and I had the Bibimbap and both were outstanding. I'll definitely be going back before the week is out!

My husband and me come almost every two weeks. They make awesome Sushi and Korean food. Fish is always fresh and juicy. Beef for Korean food is also great! The service is always good. Staff are very friendly. The restaurant owner couple are very lovely, which make us feel right at home.
The place is very warm and cozy. The food is great and the sushi is quite good.The only problem is that the couple that runs and owns it are not enough to attend to every guest properly and serving time quite often (2 out of the 4 that I have been there) exceeds 1 hour.
I came with my friend to this family business restaurant, the waitress( owner ) welcome us with a big smile and the food was very good. I think this restaurant is not for The Korean people but it has a tasty food. It is the best Far East restaurant in town.
Best Korean food I've had outside of Korea! And the service was perfect, polite and friendly without being obtrusive. The elderly woman who served us was just kind. We walked three miles roundtrip to eat here and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Went there with my wife for a special night out based on other reviews and it was great. Fantastic food, service and prices. Bonus for us there was a small but yummy range of vegetarian meals too. Will be eating here again soon.
