this restaurant has a fantastic history and a wonderful location. eating is perfect okay, but nothing special. but the service is something else. when one of my friends noticed whether they missed the East German service, they come here to reawaken these memories. the main course was served before the first course was finished. the waiting staff has practically torn our starter plates out of our hands. they were rude and there was a lot of eye-rolling because we don't eat fast enough! at least if the location counts more than the meal they give it a jump and bring her feeling of humor.

It was nice We came with 26 people. The view of the Elbe is pure relaxation. We ordered a few hours before we arrived, our different dishes. We were served fast and friendly. The architecture is typical of the style of the Bauhaus . Very nice location on the banks of the Elbe. In beautiful weather you can sit on the large terrace. Reservation is useful. Grandiose sunset (until mid autumn) included. The kitchen offers an exciting map. Last but not least: very attentive and friendly staff.

A year ago we celebrated our wedding here and this year spent our 1st anniversary there. The staff is always very friendly and could answer any question. The food was excellent and we will also spend our next wedding days there. Of course we are going without special occasion, we are very satisfied there!

A beautiful place: right on the Elbe. Eating seems high. No cheaper restaurant, but well visited. The building itself belongs to those built in the style of the Bauhaus.
Great view of the Elbe! 2001, 2006, 2016 and 2020 on our eve hike with canoe and bicycle we visited! It's a tradition, but the prices are pretty high!
