Kotta Japanese Grill

This place has potential. But the man who takes your order has mine and I have not recognized. We had to repeat the order several times. He was too busy on the phone. This person must be written or fired. They weren't busy at all. The man who brought our food to us was brilliant and made sure we had everything we needed. Food costs too much and poor customer service only combines the experience. Wont be back. Avoid until customer service is at least improved. UPDATE: Owner reacted to review. That means a lot.

I called at 8:25 to make an order and they said we were? You're closing at 9? I always command from here, but so extremely rude. They are just lazy, so they should just change the time they close when that will be. I wonder if the manager knows they've done this for a while. It was the one on Reynolda Street! Don't you ever come back?

The food was good and the place is clean, but look out because they made a bat switch with us, although it was published twice on a menu item, they still make us $2.00 more for it. We told them about it, but they never took the signs, so I think it's deliberate.

Good was good, portions were appropriate, seating was clean, not sure why I don't feel it is worth 5 stats

Delicious Smokey flavored hibachi chicken. Nice atmosphere and friendly courteous staff
