Kowloon Village Chinese

I can only rate this based on one small takeout experience but it was shockingly good. It doesn't look like much, and I didn't really expect much from a hole in the wall Chinese place in a relatively remote part of Maine, but my wife and I both were impressed with the quality, especially considering the low prices. I would say this is several notches above the usual small town Chinese restaurant. I probably wouldn't give this five stars in Boston or LA, but factoring in lack of nearby options, I think this place deserves all the stars

Every time I go, I have a pleasant experience. I love the staff, the food and the feeling of comfort when I'm there. You seem to be a family-run restaurant and I think it makes for a very home like feeling. They're never rude and even if I had to wait for my food, I never noticed. Sometimes they're close, but I'm expecting today. If you love Chinese food and friendly service, this is the place to go.

Good meal with good company! It seems to be a family business. The staff is very friendly and they always clean when they do not interact with customers. Second visit in three months and we live in Southern NH. Delicious food and portions are good size, only enough to minimize residues that are carried home. A little hidden gem on the back roads of Maine.

Friendly staff and fast service. The food was hot and delicious. Prices are reasonable. We all have the lunch special that has a generous help of food and allows you to choose a starter to go with your main dish and pork roast rice. Drinks are not included in lunch.

Very polite and professional. The food was delicious, a great way to complete a scenic road trip. Ten thumbs high
