Quel dommage d'avoir une personne aussi mal éduqué au téléphone et qui n'a aucune connaissance des manières commerciales la cuisine est toujours aussi bonne mais l'accueil après un temps d'attente bien dépassé et cette personne qui vous prend de haut et qui est buté sans prendre en compte vos arguments dommage pour votre restaurant et si par malheur c'est le responsable qui est concerné c'est encore pire car ce n'est plus qu'une boîte à bouffe sans respect du client .plus rien à récupérer du coup
