we went for her Friday night buffet. eating is very low. most of them seem to come from a package and present as if they cooked it. the meatballs, which were obviously prefabricated, were rough, gummy, the sink is not really sinking. its processed ham, tiny chicken legs and upper legs were dried out (the buffet had just begun), the cartoffels were immediately and tasted like glue, the wobble rings were decent, but repackaged eating, the apple-cakebland and tart more crusty then fill and the chocolate lemon cake-cooked box mixed and elict it looked like one. I have left starving and not impressed. hasn't complained when we live here and his little town. the decor is grunchy, not very beautifu...
The KP Grillhouse replaced the Delmar which went out of business about a year ago. We were regulars at the Delmar, mainly for breakfast, and the occasional dinner. KP is an ok replacement. However, the feel of the place has changed. We noticed that other...reviewers complained about the breakfast buffet. My comment on that is don't expect a quality buffet in a low volume restaurant in a small town, it is unrealistic. Order from the menu and you will get a good meal that is fresh and tasty. Their prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. It is good value.
we thought here was a brunch when we were last in the iron bridge. I ordered bacon, eggs, houseries and toast c/w coffee. my friend ordered the lunch special peameal monte cristo sandwich supp withe that made them special, since it was not lunch yet. both were meal times. good, except my houseries, where the frozen, prefabricated type. it was not very busy at 10 am. service and price were good.
The restaurant is now under new management and has been rebranded as "The Inn." They offer a variety of menu items such as burgers, fries, salads, chicken fingers, and all-day breakfast at affordable prices. Additionally, they host a live band every Friday night and have an LCBO license, making it the perfect spot for drinks and dancing for a fun night out.
