I have enjoyed food from Kreyol Taste for a long time now and I have come in looking all SORTS of ways— as of recent, I’ve noticed how nasty the young women get with me when I look like I have some place to be (and care ? .I stopped in yesterday, on the 4th, yes— I greeted everyone with a warm smile and hello, one young woman came to serve me while two other women sat behind the counter. The young woman serving and another young woman, who was sat to the left, look at me and proceed to spark up and have their own conversation throughout my attempts to start and complete my order. I gave this place 5 stars bc the Food is a 10 out of 10, however the customer service is poor. They all seem annoyed when they ask what you're getting, be stingy with the Legume, and be looking at you like you have 2 heads most of the time, and when you ask a question about other dishes. I love haitian food, but Im not haitian, and I dont know everything about the dishes they serve. Word of advice Kreyol Taste... learn some customer service skills, so your restaurant can be more inviting.
I drove 30 minutes to get some Haitian food. I was so disappointed by the lack of customer service of these women serving the food. I was treated as if they were doing me a favor , also the lady gave me all bones for my large tassot.. Mind you I bought 3 different plates. The rice wasn’t well cooked and they use too much salt. Now for the place. It doesn’t look clean and the women all look angry. I will never come here again. You’ve been warned.
The food is amazing however the customer service is terrible. The workers are rude, they are not sweet, they are not kind, they are not generous, and they are not friendly at all! Which makes the overall experience horrible. Again the food is good and if you don't mind getting poor treatment then by all means enjoy. I on the other hand mind

Amazing Haitian food in Uniondale. They take all my money LOL. Very greasy so I go easy on the fried stuff. The folks behind the counter could use some training in customer service and they need to be more aware of their surroundings especially when they're serving food ,(like wear a mask)!!
Save your money! I drove over an hour to visit this restaurant based on Google's recommendation, but the food quality was subpar. Customer service is virtually non-existent. While the place is clean, the staff doesn't know how to properly welcome or serve customers.
Omg the WORST Customer SERVICE ever!!!! These people made fun of a woman who didn’t know their language. The woman behind the counter are sooo rude. They seem to only want male customers. Never going back.
Give you enough food for your money. Not too expensive except for the fish. Sometimes the food are very good Sometimes NO. and as a restaurant that's open at 10am, nothing is ready.

The food is never in stock. Plantains are dry and soggy. Legume is usually burnt. I’ve been disappointed too many times
