So it says on google they open at 6am i came at 7:50 and i was told they dont open till 8am ? Than i was asked to wait in the parking with 2 other cars and i get it being shirt staffed but when i ordered my donuts and once i left i decided to check out the NEW Twix Donuts! And sad to say there plain no toppings whats so ever like shown on their menu! And i pay extra for these donuts just to get this type of service and once i try to call the store no one wants to answer??? Crazy all i know is have some pride in your work and have respect to the people spending their hard earned money! And this donuts are for my 2 daughters! So if you advertise something it should look some what the same not...
I’ve tried to come 3 times this WEEK because I want to get the pumpkin flavors and two times they were closed because their fryer was broken.Now I finally made it and they only had ONE of the FOUR specialty donuts available. So I decided to order my backup donut, a raspberry filled, and they didn’t even have THAT.I haven’t been here in a while and now I remember why. Poor customer service because employees don’t care to be there, poorly ran because they have to close multiple times for malfunctions, and they don’t even have 80% of their donuts available. Wish I could give it 0 out of 5
I asked for the glazed chocolate cream filled no glaze, hardly any cream! The ones they gave us must have been left from yesterday; for sure they were day old.Bismark had hardly any filling.Most of the donuts must have been left from yesterday; not fresh for sure.Also; couldn't believe how small they were for the price! When you pay that kind of money; you expect fresh! I have been craving these donuts; so I finally gave in to get them for my family. It will be a long time before I do again!Got to give the worker credit; very friendly!
I was quite surprised when we stopped by to pick up some regular glassed Donuts for my wife and was charged 1.87 per donut for a half of a dozen 6 and they seem to have been stale. Good god I think they believe they are confused with the price structure. We will pass next time... We need Toppers Back in service.

This place is simply amazing! I visited for my birthday, and they treated me with such warmth and kindness. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they surprised me with the most delicious birthday donut I've ever eaten! This location is consistently low on stock. The person in charge of purchasing really needs to pay more attention to what customers want. Today is September 13, and they’re already out of pumpkin spice flavoring for their drinks. Such a letdown.
Always so yummy! But it's best to go early. They run out of the special flavors quick! I wish they had the dozen Reeses still. The drive through gets really long if you don't go early. They always get our order right.
I’ve gotten cold sad donuts several times. I ordered online for morning delivery as special back to school breakfast thinking they’d be fresh. Pretty sure they were day old. Color my family disappointed.

They didn't have any of there filled donuts done or ready for sale. So we bought donuts that where chocolate covered we order a dozen and they only gave us 10 instead of 12
