Their online ordering is a joke, donuts aren?t kept up to date on what?s in stock. The cream filled chocolate donuts have only the teeniest tiniest bit of chocolate icing on them. Who iced those up and thought ?that?s a great amount of icing!? Cheapskates. They don?t let you sub donuts with the ones you want when they are out online and they don?t let you pay the difference if you want to upgrade because you order online. What a joke. Who wouldn?t want to take your money? The glazed donuts have shrunk to about 1/2 the size. Do yourself a favor, drive a little way up mid rivers to Old Town Donuts. You get amazing donuts and amazing service. Plus they are way cheaper and way bigger.
My wife absolutely loves Krispy Kreme she has a donut problem just kidding but she absolutely loves them and today I thought it was wise to bring her some Eclipse Donuts. During the stay I enjoyed the lovely conversation from the folks in the line Krispy Kreme did a great job bringing a large amount of people quickly through lines and filling the orders with speed and a smile. Excellent quality of donuts you will not be disappointed. My server was a gentleman named Shaun he is the guy who indeed brought a lot of people many great smiles, and lots of laughter we really appreciate his hard work. Thank you Krispy Kreme Cream. Enjoy.
I went to the restaurant around 11:00am to purchase a dozen donuts, but I was disappointed to receive precooked, hard donuts that tasted like they came from a gas station. When I asked for fresh donuts, the store manager informed me that they only sell premade donuts that are stored for later sales. She recommended coming earlier in the morning for fresher options. I was given a refund after expressing my dissatisfaction. I do not recommend this location as other locations offer freshly made, hot, and ready donuts.
Good quality donuts with a wide variety of flavors. There are good seasonal choices as well, especially in the autumn and holiday season. As compared to other Krispy Kreme's it holds its own. One thing that prevents it from getting a full five stars is the selection in off hours. In the afternoon the selection choices are lower. Some Krispy Kreme locations do a smaller cook toward noon to restock for afternoon customers. I'd like to see this location do the same. Book a table now
I absolutely love these donuts and could eat them endlessly. I first discovered them years ago in Biloxi, Mississippi and they had a mesmerizing effect on me. When I moved away, I thought I would never find them again. But to my surprise, they are now available where I currently live. I feel like I can't resist indulging in them until I die. I even joined a support group, Krispy Kreme Anonymous, but it seems like everyone brings a dozen donuts to every meeting.
The store was spacious and well visible from the road. I think i might not say anything about the Donuts they taste like they are from MARS specially the OG's. This store has that hot ready to eat facilities instead of those got from the store types. Parking was ample but getting to this store is little bit twisted as there id no direct entry from the main road. Staff was friendly and seemed to maintain good hygiene.
The spooky donuts were a big hit with my children. My 3-year-old especially enjoyed watching them make the glazed donuts, as glazed donuts are his favorite.
