I usually don't like to complain, but these were the worst donuts ever! I only have them once every 2-3 months and bought a 4-pack in Auburn yesterday. They looked and tasted old and really oily. Even the children couldn't eat them because they tasted terrible. You could see the oil dripping when you squeezed them between two fingers, which is just too much. We expected better quality, but then found out that they were delivered from Huntingwood, making them at least a day old. Judging by the taste and amount of oil, I would say they were conservatively 4 days old. I won't be buying from them again.
Well....I am a self confessed coffee addict and am very particular too. But the coffee flavour and the fact that it is made perfectly is a massive credit to Sharron and her staff. Always greeted with a smile...they know my name and the way I...love my coffee. Where in Sydney would you get that kind of personal service? The donuts...well what can O say but....yummmmmmm. Two thumbs up guys, you are doing an awesome job. Don't go anywhere Sharron....your staff have awesome customer service skills because of you.
If the staff could work a little faster, they would be asleep. Not only did we wait 15 minutes to be served (with 4 employees), but we also had to remind the team manager about the carry-out we needed to be reimbursed for when they accused us. The food was delicious, but the overall experience of leaving was painful.
Went for a night run and ordered the shake and glaze. They said all donuts are halal. So i selected the nutella and kookies and kreme. But wasnt sure how fresh the kookies and kreme donuts were. The service was good and fast. Chocolate drink...was decent as well.

I did not enjoy my experience at the Krispy Kreme store. The traffic was terrible at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, and I wish there was a location closer to Bankstown. Additionally, I found it odd that the elderly woman working there was giving me strange looks.
The service was excellent and professional.When you bite into the doughnut you can taste how fresh it was. Asmi served us and her service skills were amazing and if I could go there all day I would and I want her to serve us. THANK...YOU ASMI
krispy kreme donuts are still a guilty pleasure. full of sugar they taste great and when they get them fresh they are even better! good coffee and really good milkshakes are open late for a night snack running.
Stephen from Kristy Irene's Auburn served us last night. He's customer service skills was on point and referring us on a few variety's of doughnuts they sold. Good personality . Great Customer service skills .
