No line waiting, so decided to order my takeaway coffee. Only person working on the phone, with his back to the register, so didn’t know I was there. I called out, he implied with his hand to wait. So I left and spent my money elsewhere. Times are tough. Every customer’s penny counts. VERY Poor customer experience in a very busy airport. Hope the owner of this franchise teaches their employees serving a customer first is most important. UPDATE: another employee arrived and he returned to his phone
