I have ordered from Kroger pickup in White Lake many times and have only had a couple positive experiences. Customers are expected to overlook bad experiences right now because they 're short staffed. There 's only so long this can be used as a reason for inferior service. The last two orders I 've cancelled because they delay the pickup time every time I order. If you can 't sufficiently provide this service, then why offer it? This is not a review about the employees that are doing the best they can . I went to guest services to turn in bottle returns and purchase lotto tickets. The assistant manager Tom was at guest service counter, and he was completely rude. He was mad that the bottle return was folded in half and told me in a rude manner that next time I need to unfold them. I only had a few and it took a second to unfold. An employee reported to work, and she asked where she needed to be, and he was downright rude to her too. He was very inpatient with me as I was buying lotto tickets. I do not understand why he was so grumpy. I did not cause a lineup or take too much time. I was buying a few $10 scratch offs and I just wanted to choose the right ones.
