If you look at my other reviews you know I am not a complainer. It breaks my heart to write this bad review, especially since several members of staff at the hotel were so nice. However, the lady who we think is the “owner” or “manager” was so rude upon our arrival and subsequent interactions that I can’t help but comment on our overall experience. If it were a cheap B&B I would put up with it, but you simply don’t expect this kind of service from a “four” star hotel. To begin with our service dog was welcome for a night’s stay but couldn’t come along to breakfast, so come the next morning we decided to have breakfast somewhere else. Ein großes werbeschild vor dem Eingang versprach ein leckeres Frühstück ! Frühstück nach Karte ... Auch der Preis ließ auf Gutes hoffen. Aber weit gefehlt , versprochen beim italienischen frühstück war Parmaschinken... Es lagen 2 kleine Scheiben Lachsschinken etwas lächerlich auf dem Teller, etwas Tomate und Mozzarella dafür 9,50€! Ach ja, Kaffee musste extra bestellt werden! Bei den Anderen sah das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr enttäuschend aus! Also eigentlich Nepper, Schlepper, ......
Wir hatten ein Apartment in der Nähe und waren 2 mal zum Essen und 2 mal zum Frühstück. Essen frisch und sehr gut. Frühstück vom Buffet für 15.- nicht ganz billig. Aber gute Auswahl und guter Kaffee. Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir können das Lokal empfehlen. Preislich nicht billig, aber Preis-Leistung passt.

Very nice rooms, but the entrance is less beautiful. Parking does not work and if then go high supplement, service was rather bad. Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 3
Fire, outdated, mold in the shower, feel-good factor 0. Breakfast room has the charm of an 80s restaurant. In total a maximum of 2 stars.
