This was the WORST experience I have EVER had in my life!!! DO NOT EVER go to this location !!! They make you pull up and wait for almost 45 minutes with NO ONE in line!!! They messed my order up twice and I had to wait an additional 45 minutes each time!!! I am so mad. My fries are now stone cold while I wait almost 2 and a half hours so they can get my food right. I would like to go home and eat. I could completely understand if there was a long line behind me. There is literally NO ONE here!!! DO NOT COME HERE! I?ve read other reviews and had I know this was going on here I would have NEVER come!!!
Food was Nothing special. We don't have any in Louisiana but people from Arkansas Alabama rant rave but it's nothing special at all. Too many onions on the tiny sure burgers. Bleh. The employees at that location were working hard and swift and they were extremely polite. There were only a few workers and they were really hustling. They deserve a raise!!!
Had problems with the order originally served cold. They contacted them and corrected the problems immediately. Will definitely give my continued business, hopefully they will receive the quality of their products as they have in the past. Thank you to her District Manager for helping me solve my problem.
I asked for 4 crystals with cheese and ketchup, after I paid she told me they were out of ketchup, my crystals did not have cheese she took them back in and put cold cheese on the same crystals and return them to me, my French fries were sticking together like one big fry, the Coca-Cola was good
