Kuma Ani (new Scotland Avenue, Albany)

I love this places food! But their customer service has gone way way down. I have been a regular customer for 2 years ordering usually twice a month and dining in several times a year. I just attempted to order nearly $70 worth of food on Uber eats but the order was cancelled. I called to see if part of my order was unavailable or why my order was cancelled. I was informed that my order was cancelled because i gave them a bad review!!!! I accidentally gave this location a 1star review on Uber eats, I never review anything but apparently I did. I would undo that review but there is no way to do so. The woman who I spoke to was extremely rude and said that they would not deliver to me because...

I absolutely love Kuma Ani's Ramen. Their noodles are always cooked perfect and the broth is the best! My favorite is their roasted chicken but everything they make is delicious. I've been eating here for over 3 years and I can't get enough.

Tasty ramen. The place is super casual- order at the counter and bus your own tables. But the location is great. The fried garlic was a bit much, but the marinated egg was awesome.Food: 4/5

I can't do anything wrong here. Best ramen in Albany! The Gyu Ramen is my favorite, but even the Veggie options like the Vegetabledon are very satisfying Very recommended!

Had the ultimate toncott. It was pretty good, but a little too much garlic. Loved the mood of the place. Will be back
