This is definitely the worst bubble tea I've ever had, and also the most expensive. I guess they think they can charge more just because they’re located in a mall, but the quality doesn’t justify it. I paid $8.83 for a large bubble tea with extra boba and no ice, yet the amount of boba seemed the same as a regular order. The boba itself tasted like it was either cooked incorrectly or had been sitting out too long before being added to my drink. They were awful, and anyone who orders extra boba knows that's the main reason for getting it. I considered telling the staff, but I decided I’d just never return and that leaving this review would say enough.
Came here with my boyfriend this past weekend. I had been craving boba tea and this was the only shop near by. The menu was kind of confusing. Even worse the boba was inedible. I?ve never had boba as bad as this was. The bobas were congealed on the bottomand tasted weird. They were a mix of being incredibly sweet but also sour at the same time. The only reason I?m giving it a 2/5and not a 1/5 is because the actual tea was pretty good. The taro tea was on point and my boyfriend was happy that there was alactaid option.
Oversteeped undrinkable tea. Incredibly bitter. I?d guess they steep extra for milk tea, which might be passable. However for regular, unsweetened tea it is far too astringent.
My experience is usually better, but I received the wrong drink with this order. That said, Krystal Navas has excellent taste in drinks—super good!

The drink actually includes whole beans. When you think of red bean, you typically picture a paste, but this is something quite different.
A rip off. I received a badly filled almond milk tea. The guy on the counter has the nerve to have a tip jar lol.
While red beans may not be to everyone's taste, I personally love them and highly suggest you give them a chance!
The tea is excellent! I just wasn't aware that the tapioca balls weren't included by default.
