Let me say I?m a fan and fairly consistent bubble tea drinker at places ranging from independent shops to recent franchises. I give this branch of KFT a low rating because the tapioca (the boba) was extremely inconsistent even within both my orders (1 xoolong milk tea, 1 x strawberry lemonade green tea, both with tapioca): some pieces were as chewy and fresh as you?d expect fromtheir brand but the worst part was many pieces were hard like dried fruit. When I was receiving my order another fellowactually had walked up to the employees to share this same issue with his drink, though I had left before hearing whether he wasable to have this be resolved.
