Overall, it's a wonderful spot to relax if you enjoy cozy little shops. The tea selection is extensive, and if you’re a first-time visitor, the staff is eager to recommend new flavors. They even have tea varieties named after their employees, although I'm not sure how frequently those change. The store is clean, and it's refreshing to see employees genuinely dedicated to customer service, no matter what you ask for. They are also quite efficient! Just a heads up for drivers – parking can be challenging in the area, as the streets are quite narrow.
The drinks were outstanding and wonderfully cold! I highly recommend the Thai Milk Tea. Having only tried Thai Milk Tea at other restaurants or in Thailand, I wasn't expecting much, but it turned out to be fantastic. To my surprise, it paired perfectly with the bubbles. All three drinks were filled to the top, and the boba was delightfully chewy and tasty! I really can't stand places that serve old, rubbery, overcooked boba, but this spot had it cooked to perfection!
I was really disappointed with my experience. I’m a big fan of boba tea, but I only received seven pearls in my large $8 drink. I actually counted them! It was so frustrating. Additionally, the woman at the front didn’t have a clue about the menu. She claimed the crystal bubbles were supposed to pop, but instead, they were just unpleasant bits of gelatin that had no flavor at all. I definitely won’t be returning, and I’m advising everyone to stay away!
I ordered a chai milk tea and an oolong fresh tea, but what we got was definitely an earl grey milk tea, and the oolong tasted more like barley tea. We only noticed this after we got home. The boba, however, was quite good.

I really LOVE Kung Fu Tea! I've been visiting for boba for a couple of years, and I enjoy it so much. This location is fantastic too. The staff is very friendly, and they prepare the drinks exceptionally well here.
The Pumpkin Coffee has an amazing sweetness and flavor! The coffee taste is prominent without being overpowered by the milk. I also tried the coffee popping bubbles, and they were delightful!
The taro milk tea didn't come with boba, which was surprising since that's usually the most essential part. It was tasty, but I was disappointed that it was missing the boba.
A fantastic KFT located near campus. However, their boba was too sweet and served warm. It would be better if they cooled it down for the iced teas.
