Das Restaurant Kurfürst ist ein typisches Kleinstadt- bzw. Dorf-Restaurant. In blassen grau-weißen Tönen gehalten wirkt es äußerlich sehr steril und wenig gemütlich. Die Karte zeigte sich zunächst als Alptraum für vegetarisch orientierte Kunden: Schnitzel, Wild, Matjes-Filet etc. Auf Nachfrage wurde als vegetarisches Gericht Tagliatelle mit Pfifferlingen und Salatbeilage angeboten; und was ich nie vermutet hätte: die vegeatrische Alternative schmeckte sehr gut, war würzig und gut gemacht. Die Fleischesser waren auch zufrieden; schade, dass Restaurants dieser Art so wenig Mut zu vegetarischen Gerichten haben und immer noch in Fleischorgien suhlen (mit viel Panade etc. ....
