I reserved a table for 18 people one month in advance (both by phone and by mail, also getting an email confirmation of my reservation), but when we got to the restaurant our table was given away to another big group of people. We were really upset and asked them to find a solution (call another restaurant in Arosa to find a table for 18, not easy without reservation) but we were treated in a very unrespectul way by the waitress with curly dark hair. She invited us to leave or she would call the police. Reading other reviews we realized that it is not the first time that a big group reserve a table and the reservation is ignored: do not go there, te reservation process is simply unacceptable...

This restaurant offers the same single meal every night Raclette which could make you think that this would be the best raclette of Switzerland... unfortunately this is not. The cheese was completely ordinary and did not test like real raclette . There was almost nothing served with the cheese: a few pickles, a few mushrooms to share between 4 people but no dry meat or ham! No Bindenfleisch (viande des Grisons), what a shame.

We were a big group of over 20 persons and were divided into three groups per table. The Raclette oven is for two people and the included side dishes were nice (pickled, onions, cucumbers, potatoes.. . This is qll you need. I could also recommend this place for couples who love to share a tasty, traditional raclette.

fell in love with the raclette. literally worth multiple visits, very neat ambience and situated in the heart of arosa it's sure as hell always close by to wherever one is staying. really enjoyed grabbing a drink with the panorama view over lower arosa after my meal. all round a great dinner and stay!
