I went to this restaurant for dinner on a weekend. The soft shell crab and watermelon dish was amazing, and the quail was delicious. However, the sushi was a bit dry and had too much rice compared to the filling, which was disappointing for a Japanese restaurant. The trio of desserts was decadent and a perfect way to end the meal. The manager didn't provide the level of service I expected for such a pricey meal, but it was very busy. Despite that, we didn't have to wait long, which was impressive considering they were fully booked. The restaurant is small and felt a bit cramped, but overall it was a good experience.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of impressive fusion Japanese dishes that are not only visually appealing but also delicious. My friend and I shared five memorable dishes and were thoroughly satisfied. We may have to go on a diet for the next few days after indulging in such a feast. Whether you want to treat your taste buds to a new experience or impress your guests, this place is worth a visit. Just make sure to keep it a secret, as we want to keep it to ourselves.

Every time I have visited Kuza, it has been fantastic. Recently, I went with my friend Jo for a girl's night out. We chose a bottle of Chianti from the menu and settled in for a wonderful evening of delicious food and drinks. We opted for a light meal, including Tataki, gyoza, scallop ravioli, rice, and miso soup. Each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service was attentive and we had a great time.

My second time in this restaurant and I must say I was much more impressed. As the name goes the Japanese food with a twist I recommend the seafood pancake omniyaki, the katsu oysters.
