I had high expectations for Kyochon, which used to be my favorite place for Korean fried chicken in Koreatown, but my recent visit was a letdown. This restaurant, once a standout in the area, now struggles to compete. Although prices have risen, the quality has noticeably declined. With so many excellent alternatives nearby, it's difficult to justify the expense of dining at Kyochon. The chicken drumsticks were particularly disappointing; they were thin and meager in meat, resulting in a lackluster meal. Overall, while I used to enjoy this restaurant, I can no longer recommend it as a top choice for Korean fried chicken in Koreatown.
This place is a freaking joke. The people who work here are rude as hell. I asked them to clean the table so we can sit and they rudely pointed me to a paper towel by the door and to do it myself. I could not believe it. They proceeded to take my order and rushing me. It was horrible dealing with these employees. This guy was extremely rude and didn't give a s at all. The food is decent but this place needs to hire better people that are nicer and more professional.
smoked fire chicken wing flavor- pretty good and it did come w/ lots of pieces so very fair! loved how it was spicy, i do understand what other people mean by the small size of the wings itself but i'm not sure if that's necessarily a thing they can controlflaming fried rice- wouldn't really order again, i'd try something else. it was a bit too heavy and tasted too much like the buldak sauce. i did enjoy the APPLE sauce w the salad however
I was initially hesitant about trying honey on chicken wings, but they turned out to be amazing! I can’t imagine going to a regular wing restaurant again. A tip: parking at this strip mall can be tricky. You have a few options: pay for valet service if you're dining in, let the valet know if you just need to quickly pick up a takeout order, or you can drive around the neighborhood a few times in search of street parking. I absolutely love the food, but I always face challenges when trying to place an order later in the evening. The hours listed on Google seem to be inconsistent. They often close early, disable their online ordering system, or I'll get through the entire ordering process only to find there’s a minimum order requirement that's too much for one person. The food is fantastic when I can actually get it!
This is one of the best places for chicken wings around! Their specialty is the Asian-style sauce, which you definitely need to try. Don't miss out on the red wings, honey wings, and smoked fire wings—they're amazing! Pair them with the mozzarella sticks for a truly delicious experience. Highly recommended!
The wings were smaller than usual, resulting in six instead of five. I genuinely appreciate the focus on providing "VALUE." It makes me feel recognized as a customer rather than just another order in the queue, which enhances my experience at KyoChon!

Got the honey wings they were incredible. Very greasy so I dont think Ill be ordering frequently but they are tasty! The sweet potato fries were meh lacked flavor and texture.
