Ok, I admit that I've only had takeout a couple of times and it's always some sort of poke bowl (poki bowl on the menu here). But, I've had several recently and these are just fresher and better! Everything in it is perfectly ripe (cukes, tomatoes, mango) and the shrimp and salmon were fresh and delicious, with a good amount in the bowl. The sauce is perfect and has a tiny kick to it, and you get extra on the side in case you want to add more (though I haven't needed to but appreciate that I can if I want to). Had a wonderful meal with my son at Kyoto Sushi. Portions were larger than we were used to and good. Service was swift and polite. There was little to no wait as we walked in on weekend for lunch.The presentation was good. The staff made sure we knew what was in their food. It was nut free, a plus.They recently painted and the smell was present but not overwhelming.Kid-friendliness: Staff was nice and respectful to each of us. This delightful sushi restaurant is operated by a husband-and-wife duo. The boba tea is exquisite, and you have the option to customize the sweetness to your preference. The food is remarkably fresh and flavorful. The house salad with ginger dressing is the best I’ve ever tasted! The sushi rolls were also fantastic. Everything we sampled was top-notch! This is the best and freshest sushi I've had in the area! This family-owned restaurant has become a favorite of mine. Whenever it's sushi night, I always order from here. The fish is so fresh that you can truly appreciate its natural flavor without being overwhelmed by heavy, sweet sauces. Their specialty rolls are amazing, particularly the Texas Roll. They also offer convenient and affordable lunch specials!

I have eaten some of the best sushi in the world not a lot, but some and this place goes punches way above its weight class. At home in Philly I try to chase down the highest quality fish, because the composition of the rolls is pretty standard; it's a delight to try incredible new combinations here. The service was exceptionally friendly, and the menu offered a fantastic variety at reasonable prices. The sushi was quite tasty, and the selection of drinks was impressive. I also appreciated the use of reusable chopsticks, as not many places do that. It's a nice touch!
Stopped here after an afternoon of shopping. Was in the mood for some sushi. This place was good, not the best I have ever had, but they do have a great variety of sushi. The place was clean, the food was on our table quickly, and hit the spot for sushi.
I just moved to Connecticut from the other side of the country and was excited to discover some great sushi. This restaurant definitely exceeds expectations! I'm really impressed by the quality and flavor of the food. It's a wonderful place to dine.

The sushi was really good I’d highly recommend that. The shrimp fried rice I had on the other hand was a bit lacking in a lot of ways. So yes I’d go here for sushi but no I would not get the fried rice again.
