The food was late, i got told it would be with me between 8 and 8:30. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting for it. I had to call up and question the location of my takeaway three times before it arrived. When the food finally arrived, half the food was missing and the orders that did arrive, part of them were missing as well. After calling up to complain and request some kind of compensation, we were told that they “messed up” and I got passed onto the manager. The manager was despicably rude, despite a colleague confirming that the restaurant had, in his words “messed up”. I ordered a kebab for delivery from this restaurant and was disappointed with the quality. The Naan bread did not taste fresh and the salad I requested was not what I expected. Instead of shredded cabbage, chopped tomatoes, cucumber, and a small amount of onions, I received mostly cos lettuce with sharp white onions and a few small pieces of cucumber and tomatoes. The overpowering taste of the onions ruined the meal for me. I was hungry, but couldn't enjoy the food due to its lack of freshness, so I left some uneaten. Overall, I would not return to this restaurant and would not recommend it to others. I felt like I wasted my money.
Almost an hour and a half late for local delivery. The food I ordered was stone cold. After 4 calls, the staff offered to re-send the order. I accepeted as the staff mentioned that the second batch will be with me within 20 mins. The food was late yet again and arrived luke warm. At delivery time, the driver insisted that trawl through the bin and return the first batch back. Below average food, awfully rude staff, cold food, ridiculous delivery times. Rather chew on the back of my toilet brush than order from here again.
I have visited this restaurant three times now and I absolutely love it. It serves the best kebab I have ever had in my life. The portion size is great and it is not expensive. I will definitely be coming here all the time now that I am working in the area. Thank you, guys! Book a table now
Ordered a pizza for collection and explained what I wanted on it twice and still they got it wrong Phoned up to complain about there mistake on the pizza, and the manager told to take the flipping onions yourself . Such terrible attitude Pizza quality was very poor and cold
Food can be really good. Mostly fresh. Lamb donner is nice when fresh. But often kept in a heat proof bag then put into the pot. A big menu kebabs pizzas chips sausage burgers etc. If your happy to wait good takeaway not fast food
I have attempted to order from this restaurant three times, and each time my order was cancelled without any explanation. This is very disappointing, and I will not be recommending or attempting to order from them again.
Regular visitor but noticed recently Service is too slow and staff busy talking. Even no acknowledgement of late service. This has really put me off to visit them. Other choices available nearby now. Book a table now
Average place to buy fish and chips. Never tried kebabs from this place. Had pizza few times and had stomach upset so will not try it again. Overall nothing special about this place.
