"A real find and we'll worth a stop for either lunch or evening meal. Parking is a little difficult but there is a car park on the Chemin des Gorges just past Atelier 7 on the road towards Olargues. Great cooking and service the only surprise being they had no tonic for a gin and tonic!"

We were recommended this restaurant in February and had a great meal there and we were determined to revisit , so we had lunch there and were not disappointed. We had a three course lunch for two ,a bottle of excellent Viognier and coffees for a total of € 55, which was great value as the portion sizes are generous , the presentation is excellent and the flavours are superb .. The restaurant is small but with lots of outdoor space for dining and it's tastefully decorated with lots of interesting 1950's kitsch which is super.. The service is attentive and the restaurant is a great find and hopefully a small group of us will eat there next week .Its well worth a visit.!

Lovely courgette gazpacho amuse bouche. However the rest of the meal, although beautifully presented, was too heavy and unseasonal. The baked goats cheese served with a pea and bean forestiere was autumnal and the dorade nicely cooked) was served in a feuillete bun with ratatouille. After a long wait, another pastry offering was presented with goats cheese. Desert was an apricot ice cream with what looked like a crumpet! Think it was an almond cake. Too much. Flavours good but textures too much for a hot August night. Seasonal and light please!

Excellent meal, every course. Very good value at €34 for amuse Bouche and four courses. The chef patron is really talented. Every plate was artistically presented but whereas often that’s the main focus, the food was brilliant as well. Which is more than I can say for a few other Languedoc restaurants I’ve recently visited. One other good one which is also nearby is Auberge de Gorge de Madale. These two are my favourites. Wine good value in pichets as well.

I went with some friends for lunch today and had a delicious 3 course meal (melon gazpacho with Serrano ham, the tenderest bavette I've ever eaten finished off with an apricot crème brûlée) for 19€ per person 50cl pichet for 6€. The food is excellent...as it has been on my 2 previous visits. The service is above average. It's only open thurs, fri Sunday lunchtime, but every night bar Monday. Definitely worth a visit.
