We've had fun! Delicious mouth lovers to put you in appetite, asparagus raised with fine smoky fish lamellas, cooked red as it is accompanied by small vegetables and wild herbs, ultra melting veal and bits, a huge local cheese tray, and a pralined dome with lemon, a dream! Don't hesitate, go to L'auberge des Ruines, you'll never be disappointed. The welcome, the service, everything is perfect.
Jumieges has two jewels. Its sublime Roman abbey founded in 654, and its fantastic Hostel of ruins. Each dish is a pleasure. The kitchen is perfect. The products are of high quality. The service is friendly, efficient and warm. It was an unforgettable lunch. Mille bravos to Chief Christophe Mauduit who deserves to continue to succeed.
The chef is a cook who likes to be a trade. It juggles with quality products and often brings unknown flavors with wild herbs. Nice culinary research. The presentation of the dishes from the entrance to the dessert puts us in appetite. Bravo to the whole team.
