The restaurant is off a main road and close to the river which gives it a very quiet, secluded feel of intimacy. There is ample parking however and lovely outdoor seating for the spring and summer. Once inside there are actually 3 distinct seating areas; one is light and modern more in a French style and behind it is an area more Germanic in styling while on the opposite side is a room done in the typical dark woods of a Brauhaus. This said the menu reflects the same; a mix of traditional French and German cuisine to choose from and a good wine list as well. Service is prompt and depth of knowledge is a point of pride here. very friendly restaurant from its geographical location on the canal but also by its cuisine. very pleasant and quiet terrace. reception and unreproachable service. the service is done with care and to the attention of the customer. the bread is absolutely not paying unlike the absurdity that I have seen in a previous comment... I recommend !
Very elaborate menu with lots of choices, also seasons suggestions. All food served was fresh , of good quality and prepared well. Prices are ok for the food served. The proposed menu s offer good value. Service is good, friendly. Lady of the house has a good knowledge of the food and the wine on offer.
The last time I was in that restaurant was almost twenty years old. after the team and interior change, what improvement! friendly service, warm interior, good tarts flambées, normal price. What more do you want? the rest of the menu seems as interesting to me, we'll try another time!

Breezy terrasse over signe river is a welcoming place. Summer service has charming helper from abroad , professional and smiling. On our plates truffles cream ravioli and pokeplate with salmon. Good indeed and fresh. Prices are on a reasonnable range. A place to come back to!
Repas en famille, dans une belle salle à part, pour fêter un anniversaire. Très bons repas, belle carte des vins et service très attentionné. De plus, le restaurant est très bien placé : juste à côté de la Sarre. Nous reviendrons !
