It's the best duck I've had the opportunity to eat. that gentleman I have a lot of respect and a chef without the same. Go eat his couscous without any hesitation. Too good.
My companion wanted to eat a traditional couscou, we were much more than seduced by the royal couscous ! and by the irreproachable service we will return with pleasure !
