Excellent salads and pancakes eaten here. A simple but tastefully decorated service, very friendly and modest with a simple map, but what refined preparation! The salmon sorbet trim was sublime. The smoked duck magret in Queyras Blue is also recommended. We'll be back. (Original view) Uitstekende Salads in the gegeten pancakes yesterday. Eenvoudig maar smaakvol ingericht, zeer vriendelijke en bescheiden bediening met een eenvoudige kaart, maar wat een verfijnde bereiding! De Garnering met zalmsorbet was subliem. Ook de gerookte eendenborstfilet met Bleu de Queyras is een aanrader. Wij gaan zeker een keer terug.
