The restaurant "La 5ème Saveur",... is a must-see place in the village of Pont-Aven!... The cuisine developed by the Master of the Plats is simply magnificent!... I systematically recommend to my guests who come to stay in my Maison d’Hôtes, Les3kois, to book without any hesitation at the restaurant La 5ème Saveur... they return, for all, happy to have discovered this culinary technique of preparation and cooking... Don’t hesitate for a moment to cross the door of this very beautiful establishment!...
Very digestive cuisine with original blends of flavors. (A vision of cuisine inspired by Master Dogen's Zen or simply Chinese medicine? Personally I loved but at the nearby tables, some were somewhat disoriented by the unusual gustative agreements. Terrace in the back very pleasant.
How to be original from relatively classic dishes. House, service, exchange with the chief, everything is perfect.
