My wife and I had a great dinner there last night with our small dog in tow (they have outside seating). The restaurant is run by a family and even the name and many of the dishes are from the family past and history. They were so nice to us and went out of their way to make sure we had a nice meal. We have food allergies and they did what they could to accommodate and guide us on what we could and could not eat. While limited, we still had 3 great dishes. Their snails are the best we have had, their beef in red wine was soft and delicious and their solomillo with whisky sauce (family recipe) was sooo good. I have to say it's another one of the few restaurants I'm going to go to when I can or I'm going to go on santander. all very good, would highlight the singlemillo with whiskey sauce, the lubine (especially vegetables) and the rest of the dishes, without dismembering any. but. there is always one, but. And that's the family that governs the restaurant and the waitress. I'm sorry, there are no personal dishes created at this establishment, you can't be more friendly, friendly, transparent and wonderful. Thank you, really, I'll see you soon.
Tengo que decir que es otro de los pocos restaurantes que voy a ir a cada vez que pueda o que pase por Santander. Todo muy bueno, destacaría el singlemillo con salsa de whisky, la lubina (especialmente sus verduras) y el resto de los platos, sin desmembrar ninguno. Pero... siempre hay un pero. Y esa es la familia que gobierna el restaurante y la camarera. Lo siento, no se han creado platos a nivel de personal de este establecimiento, no puedes ser más amistoso, amistoso, transparente y maravilloso. Gracias, de verdad, nos vemos pronto.
