Update:I feel like the business is unfairly blaming me. I placed the order not in the week they mentioned, but the week before that. I made two separate calls on different days; the first was to reschedule the pickup for Thursday, and the second was to inquire if I could pick it up earlier on Friday, which the staff confirmed was okay.However, on Friday, the assistant manager contacted me, upset that I hadn't picked it up on Thursday as initially planned. I told her that I had received permission from the staff to collect it on Friday instead. She argued that the staff member had made a mistake by allowing this change.I didn't call back on Friday, but the assistant manager reached out to me...
Used to be the best place in town. never buying from this store ever! Bad service totally frustrating and disappointed I placed an order on the phone Tuesday and scheduled to pick it up on Sunday expecting to get my son bday cake. when I came to pick up they say there is no such order. I told them they had call me to confirm the order. turn out they misplaced the ticket therefore the order was never made it to the bakery. they then said they can get it done the same day. I asked for a customized photo to be printed on the cake that would be edible not putting a laminated picture on top the cake. The cake layers fall apart after slicing it. It doesn’t look presentable at all.
Been visiting and key word: patronizing for two decades since I moved to Memphis. Have purchased catered meals for staff events etc.Everything was always superb until recently. The quality of the food and more importantly, the service, has decreased dramatically. My family and friends have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment through the years and each time I come I’m convinced it should be the last. Others with whom I’ve spoken say the same. And I have spoken to many. The tarts have changed the portions have shrieked and the prices inflated.
The restaurant has poor signage and the staff are unfriendly and inattentive. While the food is good, they often do not listen when taking your order, do not make eye contact, talk over you, and the ordering process is unclear. Our order was also incorrect and the staff did not seem to care or make any effort to correct it. While the food is tasty, be prepared to deal with incompetent front of house staff more focused on socializing with each other than providing a hospitable dining experience.

What kind of French bakery doesn 't have loaves of brioche? They had a few types of bread and Pastries but no brioche. I guess it 's mostly a coffee shop instead of a dedicated french bakery. The lady at the counter wasn 't very helpful, when I asked her if they carried any brioche she replied Is it on the shelf? I told her I don 't see any, her response Then we don 't have none. If you are looking for fresh baked bread I don 't recommend this place.
I also tried a pecan roll, raspberry creme roll, and macarons. While my granddaughter enjoyed the macarons, the rolls were stale and lacked any flavor. I also bought a peanut butter cookie and an oatmeal raisin cookie for my husband, but he didn't like either of them.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant.
The Chicken Caesar Wrap is a great sandwich! They have a special of the day and a sandwich menu that offers selections that are fantastic too. The bakery side of this establishment has some delicious pastries, or different kinds of bread for your meal choices at home. I wish I could give them a 10+ rating.

This was my third time going back after they opened back up. The girl at the cash register was extremely rude the food tasted old and on a Friday they were out of everything. Not the least bit LaBaguette quality
I absolutely love eating at this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food is always fresh and delicious.
