Mauricio is the best! My boyfriend and I were craving sweets around 10:30 pm and decided to stop by La Baguette Panadería in Langley Park. Google said they closed at 11 pm, so we walked in, but Mauricio apologized to us and said, “Sorry for the inconvenience.” We told him it was no problem and that we would come back the next day. He was so kind that he even gave us some drinks on the house. Mauricio truly is amazing! We really appreciate him—God bless you, Mauricio. Hope to see you again soon and take a picture with you. Please, everyone, check out La Baguette Panadería’s menu—it has the best sweets you’ll ever find in the DMV area. 10/10, highly recommend!
We were Givin a cake with bases not properly supported and as soon as cake got to the car it tipped over. After assuring us that the cake wasn't going to tip or fall if we drove off with it. Well car never turned on or left the parking lot. Bakery didn't want to help out or be responsible for giving us a cake that wasn't supported correctly for tiers. Manager that day was also rude when we brought up the situation and asked for a resolution. Told us they aren't responsible for anything
Lack of professionalism, a company that is catering to the public should have common foundation of customer service. Lack of ownership and empathy. A manager is the face of the company when owner is not present. Please rethink whom you have in front of your business. The manager here lacks customer service skills and professionalism . Also, if policies are made for the customer to be aware of make sure to notify your customers of such policies to avoid unpleasant situations.
If you are not Spanish speaking, don’t go to this store; they are insulting, and they don’t serve people Other than Spanish speaking. Getting a customer service representative is so hard. They only pick and serve Spanish-speaking customers!!! I always thought I was out of place when I got to this particular Bakery!!!

I ordered only the mangonada at La Baguette Panadería in Langley Park, and it was really delicious. The presentation was beautiful to me. I definitely want to come back and try other desserts from their menu, but the mangonada was quite filling.
Came in to place an order for a customized cake. Was in and out within a few minutes thanks to the awesome customer service they provided! It was a plus that the whole place smelled AMAZING so I had to purchase some sweet bread as well.
Their birthday cakes are a disappointment and this happened on two different occasions the bread was wet inside which indicates it either was not baked long enough or too much water was added to the dough. No more chances.
