Hotel sublime, confidential, warm but so chic. Great comfort, very well designed decoration. Everything is done so that you feel at home but also true privileged. We were with family (2 adults 2 children 1 dog) and the suite was perfectly adapted. The table is at the height of the place with refined but chichi-free dishes. The wines of the estate are perfectly adapted to local products. Always this beautiful balance between luxury and warmth, almost family. And a special mention at the reception and kindness of the staff, everything has been done so that we feel comfortable and that the stay remains unforgettable. I'm disappointed in the group hotels. The building is too close to the road. The rooms are very good, but not up to the height (no kettle, cups too small for coffee, mini bar not included with classic drinks one could wait for good local organic fruit juices, idem beer, no, it's MinuteMaid and 1664) troubled bathrobes, door closure system with the same key too complicated... The service at the idem restaurant, difficult... if we don't pretend we don't offer wine! 2x to hold the table, cold dishes... Anyway, yes, disappointed!
Love, love, love de Mairie! Gorgeous setting, interior, and exterior at the foot of Menerbes. Plenty of windows to enjoy the views on a cold, rainy day. The trout entree appetizer was amazing! Perfect combination of flavor and gorgeous to look at. Paired this with the house white. (Save your money for a bottle and buy it at the winery tasting room next door). For the main dish, I had the veal slow ckk9ed and tender with slivers.of candied.orange peel and fresh rosemary. Yum!

We stopped on our bike ride on a whim and are so glad we did. We enjoyed the best meal we had on our whole trip. The garden setting and fresh food were delicious and well proportioned.
