I met with family for dinner on a recent visit to Montreal. I immediately loved the rustic decor. Their specialty is burgers, but they have other choices on the menu. They have something called a Kool Aid Pickle that comes with the burgers. It 's a...dill pickle marinated in Kool Aid, but none of us cared for it. However, the burgers were super I ordered the fish burger, which to my delight, was not breaded fish, but grilled. I had a side salad and it was incredibly tasty. Would certainly recommend this place. Lots of parking in the mall lot.
the personal has made my reservation wrong, then decided to put a smaller table, in the way of the kitchen entrance to our group. bland burger, very thick. poutine is good, but it costs an additional $5 to change it from a regular fry. ringolo mac and cheese have about 8 ringolos on it!
if they have the budget to spend 30 dollars for a burger, fries and a drink, then they go straight ahead. extremely loud restaurant with mediocre service, so many other possibilities to eat in this opposite. Save them and go somewhere else.
