I just read the comment about the lady at the counter is an « ice cube » and I have the same feedback if we’re referring to the same older lady. She actually reminds me not to go eat here. Her expression and attitude screams « I hate my job and having to serve you people! » or « I don’t care or understand the concept of Customer Service ». However there is a young guy that sometimes works the kitchen and the cash and he’s very nice with great attitude and make you feel welcomed. Because of him, your other hard working staff and your food I give you 3 star. I won't be ordering from them again. They consistently mess up at least one item on even small orders of three items. For instance, when I ordered poutine, they gave me fries instead, which were cold and undercooked. This isn't complicated...
Everything was perfection! The poutines were amazing, the steamies were just right, the cheeseburger was top-notch, and the drinks were delicious. Thank you for these wonderful meals; they were worth every penny! Excellent job!
The hot dogs I received had the wrong ingredients. I'm highly allergic to onions, and they were completely covered in them. I specifically requested only mustard and coleslaw, but instead, it came fully dressed.

Great spot for this kind of cuisine! Everything was fantastic. I'm a big fan of their fries; I’m not sure what their secret is, but they’re incredibly tasty with just a sprinkle of salt.
The hot, fresh sub was excellent, and while the Italian poutine was slightly dry, overall it was an outstanding experience. Belle Pros is definitely my go-to place!
Parking: It’s located right in the bustling heart of Notre Dame, making it a busy area during the day and moderately busy in the evening.
