This purpose built restaurant and banqueting facility is hidden on an industial estate. It is modern, very clean but has an enclosed garden with views of the mountains. Only open lunch times, the menu changes daily and for 15 euros a head is excellent value. The starters were all made on the premises and not bought in (you can tell). We had a steak and fresh tuna as main courses. It was the tastiest and most tender steak we have eaten in the area with fresh, not frozen chips. The roquefort sauce was exquisite not the thin salty stuff you often get. The tuna was beautifully cooked (still pink but not raw) accompanied by freshly made ratatouille which really sang in the mouth. We indulged ours...

At the first opportunity we booked lunch here as we had wanted to try it and we were not disappointed. The restaurant itself is hidden away on a trading estate on the edge of town. Obviously in the Covid climate we ate outdoors in the garden which is most pleasant with large gazebos to shelter the tables and is secluded. The menu of the day (a Sunday) was 24 Euro, and it comprised on amuse bouche Catalane, first course of white asparagus and jambon sec, a second course of monk fish with gambas and a third course of sweet little strawberries, all was very delicious. The service was efficient but very relaxed and we never felt rushed . We shall certainly come to this restaurant again soon.

Although situated on a trading site this restaurant has a very nice garden with a great view of the magnificent Pyrenees. We had the set menu which commenced with a superb help yourself buffet. I then had the steak which was one of the best I have had in France, cooked to perfection. This was followed by apple tart. The price was 15.40 euros which included wine. The service was excellent. We will definitely go again.
