Located in a beautiful Jura landscape. Very fine food on Sunday afternoon. There were maison fries and steak with a whiskey cream sauce so delicious! Friendly and warm service. We'll be happy to come back when there's spare ribs. Hirschy Ranch A real insider tip!
On the mountain, snow tires! Beef menu with whiskey sauce and matchstick fries: a treat! Excellent Texan coffee: you have to ask for it (not on the menu)
It's a shame I found myself in front of a locked door even though Google says it's open. So we walk back in the rain without food.
