We were delighted when we stumbled on the small La Bodega on the Avenue de la Gare in Sion, very close to the Hotel Elite where we were staying. The hosts were wonderful, very anxious to make sure we understood the menu and got exactly what we needed. The prices were very good considering the high cost of eating out in Switzerland, and it was lovely to be able to get drinks we were familiar with from Latin America. We went twice during our stay and would definitely go again.
A complete disappointment. You must never have been to an authentic Mexican restaurant to be satisfied with these Scrooge dishes. ~100gr of nachos with a bowl of guacamol so small that you can't even dip the nachos in it for 14. it's downright...disappointing... And if you want to eat meats from international sources (Argentinian beef, Thai shrimp...just the pork is Swiss) then go for it! I'll skip over certain details. On the other hand, the waitress is very nice.
Personnel friendly, but quality of food is very, very poor. My wife ordered fajitas. All was in tupperwares and put into the microwave in front of our eyes. My pizza had a slighly burned taste. If the current owner/operator manages to cook better food (both being able and also with this tiny infrastructure), they may survive. If quality of food stays as poor as it is now, I can't hardly imagine this will attract any people with a minimum of good taste.

We went there some times with group of friends. It is a nice place and the food is very good. Spoiler: you will eat too much... ;-)
