Rings more than average. For the finest, crust but no mie! And for the bigger ones, the mie is well there but elastic short not tasty, the next day already hardened... It's probably not their specialty... Having not tasted the rest, I put three stars in doubt. Perso, I'm not going back. Knowing how to make a good baguette is the basis for a good bakery, right?
I regularly take the platinum bread and the calepain - which I especially recommend - from time to time a crunchy to change, I still have a lot to test so. Be careful, do not taste their oranais (and other sweets) under pain of succumbing to the sin of greed: dangerously good! Moreover, the staff is very pleasant, which does not spoil anything...
I come especially from BELLIGNIES for this bakery because we love bread and welcome staff is pleasant! Finally we find the taste of good bread!
