Lovely little restaurant situated in the old part of Bayonne. Many other restaurants in the same area. Nice busy atmosphere in the streets around. Inside well presented and welcoming staff. Didn't have a reservation but were found a table. Very good of them because within 45mins the place was absolutely full!! We had a baked aubergine starter to share. Then 2 pizzas. All the food was well presented and super tasty. Hence the reason the place was full. However the poor girl who was waiting on was run ragged. She had the whole restaurant to greet seat take orders serve food make coffees sort out bills etc etc. She was wet through with sweat and seriously under pressure. She did her best and we...

We arrived a little to early but have been welcomed warmly with our little dog. We shared our food as follows : burrata di buffala, pizza sarda gnocchis... What a meal! It was vild and tasty, seasoned just what is required, the pizza dough was well cooked and topo with a beautiful sausage with fennel, the gnocchis were maybe, maybe a little over cooked but the entire meal was absolutely fantastic. Yes the place is small and yes you need ro book but it's an absolutely must go.

Extremely well priced menu du jour and al dente pasta to perfection. Very busy at lunch but enough tables so a couple or solo can be squeezed in. More than two and you better reserve. Chef pitched in serving and I had a great time chatting with he and the super hostess/serveuse. The pizza dough was being prepared and looks like a must try when I return which I undoubtedly will.

Tucked away in Petit Bayonne this Italian ristorante is very small and you could easily miss it. With so few tables it was crowded (on a Friday evening) so book or get there' early. Not a greatly varied menu too many pizzas for my taste but OK as long as you have a very flexible taste. Wines expensive.
