We came across this roadside restaurant last year and were blown away by the ambiance of the place, the stunning food and the welcoming service. We then promptly lost the restaurant and have spent the last few months trying to locate it again. We managed that today and it was truly worth it. We sat outside in the autumn sunshine and really enjoyed the menu du jour. The terrine of chicken livers was absolutely sublime, my fish was perfectly cooked with a pepper sauce which added to the flavour but did not overwhelm. quelle divine surprise , au détour d'une route, nous avons trouvé ce charmant bistro de pays et là nous avons passé un excellent moment car nous avons déjeuné sur une terrasse ombragée et une cuisine du terroir de qualité et de fraicheur au top avec une patronne des plus sympa .franchement , nous disons chapeau, cela vaut très largement bien des restaurants .Quant on voit des jeunes propriétaires faire ce qu'ils font en qualité, nous disons cela mérite des encouragements.Merci pour ce que vous faites.
We accidently passed by La Boucharade and stopped for lunch. Although it was already 1.45PM we could still have lunch (which is not obvious in France). We had a limited choice, because of being so late, but our order came with a friendly smile. We had a fine tasting plate, a coffee and for two we payed less than 25 euro, A perfect quality/prize rate. This gem is in a perfect scenery I can recommend this “bistrot de pays” firmly
I love this place. To have been there several times we are never disappointed. Simple but refined cuisine of good quality and local products. A quality ratio unbeatable service to the top. Very helpful and nice staff. Very pretty frame. Don't wait to go!

Beautiful afternoon in a totally natural setting. Excellent and hearty meals, perfect service, very pleasant staff. Good moment of relaxation: possible petanque and river nearby. To be recommended!
